OVERVIEW: This category recognises a hotel employee (aged 30 or under) who demonstrates outstanding performance, commitment to the industry, and strong career ambition.

GENERAL CRITERIA

  • Employed for at least six months prior to nomination
  • Nominated by their employer
  • 30 years of age or younger at the time of nomination
  • Employed in an AHA NSW member pub or hotel
  • In a management position

Experience Awards

The following category is judged 25% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, 25% by interview and 50% by anonymous site inspection. 

The following categories are judged 100% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. 

Property Awards

The following categories are judged 75% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS and 25% by guided site inspection.
