Judges are looking for creativity, consistency, and measurable impact in how venues connect with their audience and drive engagement within a particular social media campaign.

The written submission should address the essential elements listed here plus the following:

  • Campaign relevance to the size and style of the venue
  • Creative and original content that captures attention and drives engagement
  • Strong, consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Effective use of social channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Evidence of audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Examples of how the campaign drove visitation, bookings, or awareness
  • Quality and execution of visual and written content
