OVERVIEW
This category recognises excellence in social media marketing, celebrating venues that have delivered innovative, engaging, and results-driven campaigns across their digital platforms. Judges are looking for creativity, consistency, and measurable impact in how venues connect with their audience and drive engagement within a particular social media campaign.
The written submission should address the essential elements listed here plus the following:
CATEGORY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
- Clear strategy and planning behind the social media campaign
- Campaign relevance to the size and style of the venue
- Creative and original content that captures attention and drives engagement
- Strong, consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Effective use of social channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Evidence of audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance
- Examples of how the campaign drove visitation, bookings, or awareness
- Quality and execution of visual and written content
- Integration with the venue’s broader marketing strategy
- Links to active social media accounts and campaign examples

The following categories are judged 30% by WRITTEN SUBMISSION and 70% by INTERVIEW.
