NOMINEE INFORMATION:

FORMAT:

  • Font – Arial, Aptos or Calibri
  • Font Size – 10-12
  • Font Colour – Black only
  • Headings – In Bold

THE SUBMISSION:

  • 1-2 page written submission, outlining the outstanding achievements of the nominee during the official awards qualifying period.
  • The submission must be accompanied by a corporate headshot photo of the nominee, uploaded separately to the portal (high-resolution JPEG file).

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS:

The written submission must:

  • Clearly outline the nominee’s key achievements during the qualifying period
  • Address the category-specific questions:
    • Summary of outstanding achievements in your role over the qualifying period, demonstrating performance beyond your job description.
    • Evidence to support these achievements (e.g. recognition, projects, results).
    • Additional contributions over and above your role, including learning, development or industry involvement.
    • Challenges faced and how they were addressed.
  • And include:
    • Key actions or initiatives undertaken by the nominee
    • Measurable outcomes or results achieved
    • Impact on guests, team members and/or business performance
    • Demonstration of leadership, professionalism and industry values 

Note: Nominees should be familiar with the content of this submission, as they will be required to expand on these achievements during the interview stage.
