JUDGING (30% WRITTEN SUBMISSION + 70% INTERVIEW)

OVERVIEW
This category recognises excellence in a hotel employee from any department within the hotel operation.
The employee is considered to always offer outstanding service and is proof that good help is not always so hard to find.
GENERAL CRITERIA
Employee must meet the following criteria:
- Employed for at least six months prior to nomination
- Nominated by their employer
- Employed in an AHA NSW member pub or hotel

The following category is judged 25% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, 25% by interview and 50% by anonymous site inspection.
The following categories are judged 100% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS.

The following categories are judged 75% by written submission WRITTEN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS and 25% by guided site inspection.

People Awards
The following categories are judged 30% by WRITTEN SUBMISSION and 70% by INTERVIEW.
The following categories are judged 100% by practical interview.
