JUDGING (30% WRITTEN SUBMISSION + 70% INTERVIEW)

OVERVIEW

This category recognises excellence in a hotel employee from any department within the hotel operation.

The employee is considered to always offer outstanding service and is proof that good help is not always so hard to find.

GENERAL CRITERIA

Employee must meet the following criteria:

  • Employed for at least six months prior to nomination
  • Nominated by their employer
  • Employed in an AHA NSW member pub or hotel
