OVERVIEW
This category recognises excellence in a venue’s overall approach, that deliver strategic, innovative, and effective campaigns across multiple channels. Judges are looking for a well-executed, cohesive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, drives patronage, and delivers measurable results.
The written submission should address the essential elements listed here plus the following:

- Effective use of a range of channels (e.g. digital, social, website, PR, partnerships, in-venue promotion)
- Evidence of innovation, creativity and originality in campaigns
- Strong and consistent brand messaging
- Quality and effectiveness of promotional collateral and content
- Demonstrated impact on visitation, revenue, or brand awareness
- Evidence of audience engagement and growth over the qualifying period
- Integration across all marketing channels within a cohesive strategy
- Links to relevant platforms, campaigns, and supporting examples

The following categories are judged 30% by WRITTEN SUBMISSION and 70% by INTERVIEW.
The following categories are judged 100% by practical interview.
