This category recognises excellence in a venue’s overall approach, that deliver strategic, innovative, and effective campaigns across multiple channels. Judges are looking for a well-executed, cohesive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, drives patronage, and delivers measurable results.

The written submission should address the essential elements listed here plus the following:

CATEGORY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

  • Effective use of a range of channels (e.g. digital, social, website, PR, partnerships, in-venue promotion)
  • Evidence of innovation, creativity and originality in campaigns
  • Strong and consistent brand messaging
  • Quality and effectiveness of promotional collateral and content
  • Demonstrated impact on visitation, revenue, or brand awareness
  • Evidence of audience engagement and growth over the qualifying period
  • Integration across all marketing channels within a cohesive strategy
  • Links to relevant platforms, campaigns, and supporting examples
